Please accept this as my invitation to participate in our HDBA Golf Fellowship on Friday, May 17, 2024. The focus of this Golf Fellowship Event is to be an encouragement to pastors/ ministerial staff and spouses of those serving primarily in the HDBA whether they Golf or not.
Pastors and wife often need encouragement and part of my ministry is to find ways to do so. Contributions in excess of registration will be used to provide encouragement gifts for 1) Needy pastors and wives and 2) for our church planters and wives.
I am asking that you participate regardless of your golfing ability. The rules of the Event will accommodate your playing ability. If you decide NOT to Golf, COME ANYWAY as we will be having a great lunch served afterwards along with some blessings for just being there.
Please Also DO share this information with ANYONE who has a love for pastors and wives who might donate to be an encouragement to them.
Any member or friend of your church or HDBA can participate by playing AND/OR contributing to the cause. Please feel free to ask them!

TIME: 8:00 AM. Tee-off at 9:00 AM
Lunch, Prizes and Fellowship to Follow
PLACE: Tierra Del Sol Golf Club 10300 N Loop Dr., California City, California 93505
ENTRY FEE: $40 early bird registration before 5/1/2024. $50 after 5/1/2024 (includes: green fees, cart, prizes AND lunch). Lunch only option $30 per couple and $20 per single.

Format: The Event will be played in a two to four person scramble format. If you do not have a team member, you will be placed with someone.
Procedure: Rules and information will be provided at time of the Event. Arrive early for the putting contest..

Cancellation Policy:
1. If the Fellowship Event is canceled due to weather or other circumstances, players will receive a full refund.
2. Should you cancel after 48 hours prior to the event or no show, all fees will be donated to the event purpose.
Each Team Member MUST register and pay. If you are paying and registering for your team member please complete the additional section on the registration form.
